Recent Documents Widget
Explanation
Use this activity to display the last 10 document revisions that the logged-in
user has worked on in the past 30 days. It also retrieves the details of the
most recent action the User has performed on the document revision and the date
it was performed. For more information, you can refer
View Document.
Prerequisites
A document revision must exist and the logged-in User must perform one of
the following actions on the document:
- Created - When a document revision is created
- Edited - When a file is Checked In or Checked
Out on the document revision
- Viewed - The file is opened or downloaded for viewing
- Staus changed - The state of the document revision is changed
- Step Approved or Rejected status-
The Approval step of the document revision is Approved
or Rejected
- Object Connected - A Business Object is connected to the document revision
(e.g. Customer order, document folder,..)
System Effects
- After selecting a document for download, the system searches for the
file and determines if you have view access to the document. Then, the file
will be downloaded.
- The downloaded folder path will depend on the browser. (E.g. in Google
Chrome browser this path can be set in Customize and Control Google chrome\Settings\Downloads\Location.)
