In Applicant - Admin page you can see a sub-menu as 'Personal Information' to enter Address , Communication Methods and other personal data for external Applicants. For Internal Applicants, all the data in Personal Information are replicated from Personal File. Modification to the data can only be made in Personal File or Employee File of the relevant Internal Applicant.
Address and Communication Methods marked as default will be shown in the summary section of the Applicant. You can add addresses and communication methods to External Applicants as seperate records as the communication methods in Applicant page are not connected to a specific address.
To indicate an address as default for an Internal Applicant, indicate valid 'Home' Address Type as default in Personal File or Employee File. Only valid communication methods linked to the default home address in Personal File or Employee File will be shown in Applicant page.
Note: You cannot edit information if the status of the Applicant is 'Invalid' or 'Employed'
To perform this activity, an Applicant record should be created by adding basic Information.
As a result of this activity, Personal Information will be added to the Applicant.
