You can create an Applicant manually by registering basic information such as Applicant Type and Name. You can manually enter an Applicant ID or you can activate automatic ID Generation from Recruitment Indentities page. You can create two types of Applicants.
Applicant - Admin and Talent Pool - Admin pages allow you to add, modify, and delete information of applicants.You need to enter Personal Information and Qualifications using the sub-menus in Applicant - Admin page. Summary of the Qualifications and contact information along with basic information display in Applicant pages as a one page CV. You can also attach a CV or any document related to the Applicant.
Instead of keeping two profiles as “Applicant” and “Candidate”, IFS Cloud keeps one Applicant profile by maintaining different status as given below.
You can delete Applicants manually or use a scheduled task to delete Invalid applicants.
Note: Access to Applicant and Talent Pool in Manager Services is usually granted to Hiring managers. Access to Applicant in Manager Services is controlled through access to the organization that a Requisition is raised for. Only users who have access to the relevant organizations can view applicants who have applied for the Requisitions created for these organizations. Access is read-only hence users will not be able to add, modify or delete information of applicants in any status, except comments.
You cannot edit information if the status of the Applicant is 'Invalid' or 'Employed'
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this Activity, an Applicant will be created.
