Register Special Assignment 

Explanation

Use this function to define special assignments as part of the employee development program. These are the tasks and responsibilities that are not listed in the employee's job description.

Mandatory fields are Assignment Description and Review Meeting Date (the current system date is the default). The Status field will be automatically displayed by IFS Cloud. All other fields are options.

The following commands can be performed:

• Start - Use this function to change the status of Special Assignment from Planned to Started.
• Complete - Use this to function change the status of Special Assignment from Started to Completed.
• Cancel - Use this function to change the status of Special Assignment to Canceled.
