Register Job Rotation 

Explanation

Use this function to define a job rotation program for the employee. Data includes companies concerned, the rotation duration, the person requesting the rotation etc. This is an alternative development program for the employee. 

Required fields are Job Rotation Company, Job and Planned Start Date (defaults to the current date). All other fields are optional. The Company Name, Job Title, and Status fields will be automatically displayed by the system

The following commands are available:

• Start - Use this function to change the status of Job Rotation from Planned to Started.
• Complete - Use this function to change the status of Job Rotation from Started to Completed.
• Cancel - Use this function to change the status of Job Rotation to Canceled.

Prerequisites

Jobs must have been defined in the system.
