Add a certificate to an employee via Employee File or Personal File.
Navigate to Qualifications/Certificates.
Specify the Certificates Group and Certificate. In the Certificate Level field, you can select what level of the certificate the employee has (if applicable). In the Number field, you can enter the specific number of the certificate that the employee has (e.g. Driver's Certificate number)-
To copy certificates from another employee or job requirements, select the option:
Certificates must have been defined in Job and Qualifications/ Qualifications/ Certificates Structure.
There are no system effects.
