Enter previous work experience for an employee via Employee File or Personal File.
Navigate to Qualifications/ Work Experience.
Work break can also be applied to the previous job
experience entries to specify reasons for breaks in employee's career.
E.g. If an employee has
work experience in industry area IT from 1st of January 2000 to 31st
December 2000, and took a work break for 30 days, register the work experience
first and then select the Work Experience Break option
to add a record for the work break.
It is required that industry areas are registered in Industry Areas.
Work Break Type is required to be registered in Work Experience Break Types.
There are no system effects.
