Unbundle

 Explanation

Unbundling involves breaking down a bundled task into individual tasks, allowing them to be allocated and executed independently.   

Prerequisites

• The status of the Bundle Task must be below Work Done.
• Transactions can exist without any reference to Work Assignments.
• There should be no clockings associated with the tasks.

System Effects

When tasks are unbundled, the following outcomes occur:

• The bundled task is separated into standalone tasks.
• Transactions on standalone tasks remain unaffected.
• Resource demands for standalone tasks can be set as allocatable. 
• Material and other planning information remain the same on standalone tasks. 
• References to the Bundle Task are removed.
• Any allocations for the Bundle Task are canceled.
• The Bundle Task's status can be Canceled.
• An Event log is generated to visually represent the disconnection process.

As a result of this activity, you can unbundle a bundled task.
