Late Check-Ins Widget
This widget provides a real-time overview of resources that have not yet
checked in, enabling dispatchers to manage late check-ins with customizable
settings tailored to their needs. The time elapsed since the resource's
shift start will be displayed as Elapsed Time. It also
displays the time left to start each resource's next scheduled task.
Note: Time to Next Task column only displays the
remaining time for upcoming tasks from the current moment onwards. If a task
has already been missed, it will not appear in the Late Check-Ins widget.
- Unassign Task: The Dispatcher can unassign the
resource’s next immediate task by clicking the Delete button.
- Send Notifications: The Notification
button allows dispatchers to send reminders to resources.
View Upcoming Tasks
Clicking on a resource in the Late Check-Ins Widget opens a quick view of
their next four tasks. By selecting any of these tasks displayed, users can
view more detailed information, such as:
- Estimated Arrival: The estimated arrival time of
the resource at the task location, based on the travel time from their
current location.
- Delay: The duration resource will be late to the
task's scheduled start time.
- SLA Start/SLA End: The date and time when the
Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the task starts/ends.
Other Features
- Dispatch Console: Click the Dispatch Console button
to quickly navigate to the Dispatch Console.
- Unassign All: All the tasks assigned to the
selected resource for that specific day can be unassigned using the
Unassign All Button.
- Quick Absence: Navigate to the Quick Absence page.
- Create MRA: Dispatchers can create an MRA to notify
the PSO that a resource is unavailable for a specified period, prompting
the PSO to take appropriate actions based on this update.
- Quick MRA: Create a quick 2-hour MRA from the
resource’s shift start time.
