Use this activity to connect a Rule collection to a scheduling resource type. This can be used to define commit rules for a scheduling resource type as well as to define capacity rules for bucket resources.
Rule collections with one or more rules need to exist.
As a result of this activity, a rule collection will be connected to a scheduling resource type.
