Microsoft Teams Integration

Your can easily connect with other users who are also registered in Teams and IFS Cloud Web. This integration allows for seamless communication and collaboration within the cloud web environment.

Locating Microsoft Teams Users In IFS Cloud

To view the list of users registered in IFS Cloud Web, you need to follow the instructions below:
How to Access Teams Users List
  • Open Navigation Menu Bar and type : Solution Manager.
  • Then, click on the Solution Manager navigator tile and go to Users and Permissions.
  • Once you are in the Users and Permissions click on Users to view all the IFS Cloud Web users in your organization.

Log Into MS Teams

Before you continue, make sure to log into MS Teams through IFS Cloud Web interface. If you're not already logged in, clicking on a user name in the User list will take you to the MS Teams login screen.
Log into MS Teams

Follow the steps below to log in to your Microsoft account.

  1. When prompted with a MS Teams login screen, enter the company email associated with your Microsoft account and click Next.
  2. Add your Microsoft accounts password and click Sign in.
  3. After a successful login, you'll be directed to the Users page once again.
  4. To get in touch with the desired user, click on the user's name, and it will open a contact widget with all the available contact options.

Note: The user you are trying to contact must also be logged into their Microsoft account.

Contacting a MS Teams Users

Once you go to the users list, click on the users name you wish to contact, to open the Contact Widget.

If the user is logged into Microsoft Teams, you will see their Teams status in the tile, and you can take actions such as:

Audio Call

Take an Audio Call in MS Teams.
Video Call

Take a Video Call in MS Teams.
Chat

Chat in MS Teams.
