Context Search Pane

The Context Search Pane can be positioned within an any section of an IFS Cloud Web page, and its placement is managed by system administrators. Unlike a Page Search, the Context Search exclusively impacts the designated area where it is positioned. To put simply, it focuses its search within that specific section and doesn't extend its influence to the entire page.

Filtration criteria within search context pane is predefined by the system admin. You can either:

Select conditions by selecting the values from drop-down menus.
Select conditions by selecting check boxes.

Afterwards, you can either:

Click on Apply button to apply the conditions.
Click on Reset button to remove the conditions.
Click on Settings button to configure how the filters are applied to the data.

Run Search: Defines how a search should be triggered when updating Context Search Pane.

Following options are offered by run search:

When criteria is changed.
(As soon as you change a search criteria).
Only when search button pressed.
(Wait until you press the Search button).
