Set Plan as Preliminary
Explanation
This activity is used to reopen a completed plan for the next interim
data collection by setting it back to preliminary status.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan.
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Completed" status.
System Effects
- As a result of this activity: The plan is set to "Preliminary"
status.
- All KPIs are set to "Data Pending".
