Create and Add Custom KPI
Explanation
The Add Customer KPI activity is used to add KPIs that were not defined
in the KPI Catalog at the time the sustainability plan was created.
Prerequisites
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Preliminary" status.
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access”.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- A new KPI is added to the KPI Catalog with an "Active" status.
- Main KPI option is activated by default for the newly added KPI.
- The new KPI add to the plan as Data pending statues.
- The KPI is added to the sustainability plan.
