Copy Sustainability Plan
Explanation
The Copy Existing Plan activity is used to create a new sustainability
plan by duplicating an existing plan and its details.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must be able to view the existing plan, either
by being listed in the Users per Plan, or as a Data Provider or
Authorizer for any KPI.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- A new sustainability plan is created with "Preliminary" status,
using the details of the existing plan with adjusted descriptions and
dates.
- KPIs are created for the copied plan with a "Data Pending" status,
but without any execution data such as measurements or qualitative
comments.
