Cancel KPI
Explanation
The Set KPI Status to Cancelled activity is used to update the status of a KPI in the sustainability plan to
"Cancelled". This action may be required to disregard irrelevant KPI records or entity records associated
with a KPI. Optionally, a comment can be added to provide the reason for cancellation.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan or be a Data Provider/Authorizer for
the KPI.
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Preliminary" or "Active" status.
- KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Pending" status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The KPI status is updated to "Cancelled".
- Record is no longer editable.
