Add new Entity to KPI

Explanation

This activity is used to add additional entities to a KPI when the sustainability plan is created for an entity structure. For example, if specific KPI data needs to be collected or reported based on sub-units not originally defined in the entity structure, these can be manually added here. Any necessary changes to linked KPIs must also be handled manually. Similarly, existing entities can be manually removed if they are no longer applicable.

Prerequisites

• Plan Type: The sustainability plan must be created for an entity structure.
• Plan Status: The plan must be in "Preliminary" status.
• User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• A new entity is created under the KPI.
