Create Document Distribution List
Explanation
Use this activity to create a document distribution list. This list can be
created using the Document Distribution
assistant or using one row at a time in
Distribution page. If you select the Execute
Immediately option in document distribution assistant in and click Finish,
the documents will also be automatically distributed.
Prerequisites
- The user ID you logged with must be connected to a person inĀ Persons
page.
- The persons who are inserted into the document distribution list must
be registered in the Persons page.
- You must have selected one or more documents in order to create a document
distribution list.
- If you are using e-mail notification as the distribution method, the
appropriate e-mail address(es) must be registered as a communication method
for the receiver.
System Effects
- An entry is created in the Distribution
page for each person in the distribution list.
- The order of execution for the document distribution can be configured.
