Cancel SLA Commitment

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel an SLA Commitment. The SLA Commitment is automatically cancelled when any of connected entities is cancelled and will occur if the SLA Commitment is in either Planned or Active state.

An SLA Commitment can also be manually cancelled if it is Planned or Active.

Prerequisites

• An SLA Commitment must be created.
• The SLA Commitment must be in Planned or Active states to be automatically or manually cancelled.

System Effects

• The SLA Commitment will be Cancelled.
