Add SLA Commitment/s

Explanation

This activity is used to add one or more SLA Commitments manually. SLA Commitments can be manually added directly onto a Request, Request Scope or a Request Work Task, and is in other words the entity defined in the fulfillment criteria of the SLA Commitment.

Manually adding SLA Commitments can be done through an assistant directly from the Request Details page, the Request Work Task pages, as well as from the SLA Overview Assistant.
