Expalanation

Request Work Task Step holds information about a sub activity or process within a Request Work Task. A Request Work Task can have one or more task steps connected to it. This activity is used to define request work task steps for a request work task. 

Prerequisites 

• A Request Work Task must be created for a Request. 
• The Request Work Task must not be in Cancelled, Reported or Finished states

System Effects 

A Request Work Task Step will be created with status Not Done and with object information copied from the request work task with the possibility of changing the object, if required.
