Unbundle Request Bundle Task
Explanation
Unbundling involves breaking down a bundled request task into individual
request work tasks, allowing them to be allocated and executed independently.
Prerequisites
- The status of the Request Bundle Task must be below Work Done.
- Transactions can exist without any reference to Work Assignments.
- There should be no clockings associated with the tasks.
System Effects
- When the request work tasks are unbundled, the following outcomes occur:
- The request bundle task is separated into standalone request work tasks.
- Transactions on standalone request tasks remain unaffected.
- Resource demands for standalone request tasks can be set as allocatable.
- Material and other planning information remain the same on standalone
request tasks.
- References to the Request Bundle Task are removed. Any allocations for
the Request Bundle Task are canceled.
- The Request Bundle Task's status can be Canceled.
- An Event log is generated to represent the disconnection process visually.
By performing this activity, you can separate a task that has been combined.
