This activity is used to update project resources in project resource planning.
This can be achieved using the Update Project Resources command in the Schedule of Work Estimate Resource Summary and Schedule of Work Production Resource Summary pages.
When project resource quantities have already been updated, it is necessary to review and confirm the updated resource quantities to continue the process.
