Use this activity to update the enterprise for remote assistance. You can click the
Update button on the Remote Assistance page to perform this activity.
Remote Assistance uses a third-party integration called Help Lightning. When you register an enterprise, it is also registered with Help Lightning using a webhook, and we keep these details on our side.
If you clone a database to set up an environment, the enterprise details are cloned as well. However, because the URL is different in the new environment, the cloned enterprise will not be directly usable.
To use the same enterprise, you need to update the enterprise. Note that this action will make the source environment unusable because the enterprise on Help Lightning will now be mapped to the new webhook URL.
