Choose Triggers

Use this activity to select which triggers to turn off for the synchronization process. Access this functionality from the command Disable All Triggers on the Synchronization Triggers page.

Synchronization triggers are categorized into two types:

• Push: Triggers with the type Push are used for mandatory Push and Batch type synchronization rules in the mobile app.
• On Change: Triggers with the type On Change are used for synchronization rules that have On Change type synchronization schedules in the mobile app.

Note: It is important to ensure that these Synchronization Triggers are neither disabled nor altered in any way. Any changes may affect the functionality of the Push synchronization process. Contact IFS before making any modifications to these triggers.

Prerequisites

• The synchronization trigger must be turned on.

As a result of this activity, the synchronization triggers are turned off.
