Check Out Message Queue

Use this activity to check the out messages queue. You can access it on the Out Messages page.

The Out Messages page displays a list of outbound messages ready for synchronization to your device or app. During the next synchronization, these records will be delivered to the mobile app. Once the synchronization is successful, the out messages records will be deleted. Out messages are created as insert, update, or delete messages, and you can see the results in the mobile app data once they are processed.

Note: After successful delivery, records are deleted from the Out Messages table. Therefore, you should not see many records in this table.

• Out Messages Are Present: If everything is OK on the server, continue with client investigations.
• No Out Messages Are Present: If no out messages are present, it means either the out message has not been created or it has been successfully sent to the mobile app.

To determine which of the two options applies, continue with server investigations. The next step is to check the synchronization tasks.
