Check Database Processes

Use this activity to check the database processes. You can access it from the Database Processes page.

In this activity, you can examine the background process that produces push queues and synchronization tasks to ensure it is working correctly in IFS Cloud. The relevant background process is Mobile_Sync_SYS.Process_Push_Data. This process indicates whether there have been any failures, the time of the last run, and the time taken to complete the process. Monitoring this process helps identify any slowdowns in database processing that may impact synchronization delivery.

• If Yes and there are no error messages: Everything is fine.
• If Yes and there are error messages: Review the error messages to understand the issue and attempt to resolve it.
• If No: Investigate why the process has not been run. Check if it is scheduled to run at specific times.

Note: If no errors are found, the next step is to check the logs and start synchronization tracing.
