Check Background Jobs

Use this activity to check the background jobs. You can check this on the Background Jobs page.

The background job produces an out message with batch data for a mobile app. This task is performed by the scheduled task in each mobile app. The Progress column of the Background Job screen shows the number of sync tasks created after executing this background job.

Has the background job been executed?

• If Yes, but you have an error message: Resolve the error message and re-run the job.
• If No: Check why the background job has not been executed. It could be stuck due to other long-running jobs and waiting for an idle session to proceed.
• If Yes, and no error message: Check the push queue.
