Create New Observation Flow
Explanation
This activity is used to create a new Observation Flow. The definition of an observation is
created through this activity, and contains the necessary information and describes what an observation that is
received from the Discovery environment is expected to contain.
To create new Observation Flow:

- Create a new record.
- Enter the observation code, as it will be received from the discovery environment.
- Enter a description of your choice for the observation.
- Enable option "Review Manually" if you wish the received observations to be manually reviewed by a
person. These observation will not be automatically processed by the system. They need someone to review
and, if approved, execute the defined operations for the observation.

Clean up:
By this option, the system will automatically remove completed or ignored observations of a certain age. Our
recommendation is that observations with state Error, that will not or can not be corrected, are set to
Ignored.
- Open Observation Flow page.
- Click on the Settings tab and click on edit, and choose an 'Yes' from the drop-down if
you want to include the observation code in the automatic cleanup.
- Enter the number of days to keep observations before removal.
- Save.
