Record Fluid Servicing
Explanation
In order to record fluid servicing, the technician should first select
the predefined fluid servicing type and then record uptakes by adding the relevant quantities.
After adding quantities to fluid servicing records, the technicians can
submit the record.
Prerequisites
- Fluid Servicing
Types must be defined for the aircraft on the Aircraft Fluid Servicing Definition
page.
- Once the flight is completed, the current usages of the inventory
need to be synchronized from Maintenix to calculate the Usage Delta (TSN
Delta).
System Effects
- Fluid servicing records are added to Fluid Servicing
Record page and the Fluid Consumption page.
- For each fluid uptake record, the Fluid Consumption Rate is
calculated as follows:
- Fetch the current usage (TSN) value for the same inventory and usage
type (Operator Time Parameter in Fluid Definitions).
- Fetch the previous TSN value from a previous Fluid Recording Detail
Record belonging to the same Assembly, Fluid Definition, Inventory,
Config Slot Position and the TSN delta is not null (calculated record)
as well as the TSN value is not the same (so there is a delta) - fetch
the first result when ordered by the recorded date.
- Calculate delta between current usage and previous usage.
- Get Any Previous Uplifts where there is no delta between usage TSN
values for the current Assembly, Fluid Definition, Inventory, Config
Slot Position.
- If Current Recorded Uptake > 0 then Sum the results from the
previous uplifts, If not rate will be 0.
- If Uptake > 0 and the TSN delta > 0 then Calculate rate
as Uptake/TSN Delta, If not rate is 0.
- The Rate, TSN Delta, TSN Usage value used for each calculation will
be stored.
- Oil Status is then fetched for the calculated rate from the
Thresholds defined, The priority that will be considered is as follows
and the Oil Status of the Threshold with the first matching criteria is
what will be saved ;
- Serial Specific Thresholds (If there is one defined for the Serial
Number of the Inventory)
- Part Specific Thresholds (If there is one defined for the Part
Number of the Inventory)
- Operator Specific Thresholds (If there is one defined for the
Operator Code of the Aircraft of the Inventory)
- General Threshold
