Receive Remote Assistance
Explanation
This activity is used to connect and receive remote assistance from an expert.
Prerequisites

The remote assistance call is successfully connected.
System Effects

Once the call is connected, it is possible to give/receive help, use augmented
video to point/show issues, take pictures, share pictures & documents,
zoom in/out and annotate.

If the call is initiated from the Task Details or
Fault Details pages in the mobile application, contextual
details of the task or fault are passed, and the receiving user
is made aware of this via the View Link option that is displayed on the
incoming call. Note that context viewing is only available on the IFS
Cloud Web application.
