Contact An Expert Group
Explanation
This activity is used to call an expert group from the remote assistance contact
list.
Prerequisites

The expert group should be configured in Solution Manager/Remote
Assistance/Groups.

The expert group should consist of active users whose remote assistance status
is Available.

The expert group should either be stand-alone and not connected to any standard
group, or should be connected as a subgroup of an end user connected standard
group.
System Effects

The expert group can be found on the remote assistance contact list of the end
user.

It is possible to initiate a call with the expert group.

On calling an expert group, it will call each user in the group in sequence
until one answers.
