View Work Task Associated Notes

Explanation

Use this activity to view Service Notes connected to a Work Task in the mobile client. You can access the Work Task notes and associated notes from the Notes action in the Work Details page. You can view notes from the following task-associated entities in the mobile client.

• Location
• Object
• Request
• Request Contract

Task-associated notes are sent to mobile along with the work task when the task is transferred to mobile. However, if any new note is added or an existing note is modified on an associated entity later on from the backend, it will be synced to mobile in the next batch sync.

Prerequisites

• Notes should be connected to the associated entities.
• The Sync to Mobile flag should be enabled on the note.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, Service Notes associated with abovementioned entities connected to the Work Task, can be viewed.
