Main Contact List
Explanation
This activity is used to find the resources who are connected to the user
connected primary site or user connected service organization.
Prerequisites
- Application parameter CONTACT_LIST_TYPE should be set to SERVICE_ORGANIZATION
in order to get the service organization contacts and default is the Branch/Site
level contact list.
- Customer must use the new request management solution in order to use
the Service Organizational Contact List.
- Only the resources that have a primary resource group connected are
visible here.
System Effects
- A new menu item will be enabled named “Contacts” and as per the value
of the application parameter, contacts will be visible form either branch/site
level or service organizational level.
