Modify/Delete the Service Note

Explanation

Use this activity to modify or delete an existing Service Note from the mobile client. A mobile user can modify any note but can only delete the notes they have created themselves.

Prerequisites

• The Note Type should be set to "Editable" to edit the note text copied from a Template Text.
• The mobile user must have created the note in order to delete it

System Effects

As a result of modifying a service note, the modified date will be updated and the updated note will be synchronized to IFS Cloud Web.

As a result of deleting a note, the note, along with any related attachments will be deleted from both mobile and IFS Cloud Web.
