Use this activity to create a Service Note for a Work Task from the mobile client. Service Notes are free-text comments used to provide and capture pertinent information relevant to the task. Note Types can be used to categorize the Service Notes. Only Note Types flagged as Sync to Mobile are available in the mobile client for creating notes. You can also select a pre-defined Template Text to populate the note text when creating a note. Each Service Note has a Visibility flag to control whether it is internal or external.
Notes for task-associated entities cannot be created from the mobile client.
A new Service Note can be created for the Work Task.
