Revise Activities Employee Wise

 

Explanation

If the cascaded objective includes any activities or if the supervisor wishes to add/edit activities employee wise, this is the step for the same. Supervisor can select an employee from the first section then the Activities section will show the activities that will be cascaded along with the objective.

Using this area, the supervisor can

• Add new activities

• Edit/ Remove existing once

• Make changes to the weightages

• Perform all above specific to each employee

 

Prerequisites

Manage Employee Activities Toggle ticked & Employee's Selected at the previous step.

System Effects

A New Objective attached Activities will be assigned to the selected subordinates with specific changes on activities against each employee.
