Define Performance Period

Explanation

Use Performance Periods to register the periods and the validity of each period in which an employee's performance is measured.

User can choose from 3 calculation methods to create a Performance Period.

1. Performance Rating - Giving a rating against each objectives and GP.

2. Scoring (Performance Index) - Entering a score manually against the objectives and GP instead of selecting a rating.

3. No Rating - No calculations will be made here. Rating method will be displayed.

In Objective Weightage and General Performance Weightage tab user can give weightages as he prefers, to the objectives and GP.

Get Defaults button can be used to add the default values for the Performance Period.
