This activity is meant for consultants to add a workflow to automatically update the Competencies and/or Certificates of an employee or a person after training history has been updated.
As a result. when a new training record is added for an employee, the associated Competencies and/or Certificates will be automatcally updated for the employee
In order to perforn this activity the following are needed:
The employee/person Competencies and/or Certificates will be updated accordingly in Employee File and Personal File.
