This activity is used to further divide categories defined on the Issue Category tab into
sub-categories. Do this if you want to organize your grievance or disciplinary issues even further.
An example would be to divide a "Performance" category into sub-categories such as Quality, Quantity,
Missing Targets etc.
In order to perform this activity:
As a result of this activity, issue sub-categories will be registered in the system.
