Configure Print Manager

The Print Manager in IFS Cloud is responsible for handling the output and delivery of printed documents. It acts as a central hub for managing print jobs, interacting with print agents, and providing users with control over print options.

Key functionalities:

• Job submission: Accepting print requests from various applications within IFS Cloud.
• Job queuing: Managing a queue of print jobs to optimize printer utilization.
•  Print agent interaction: Sending print jobs to designated print agents for processing.
• Status monitoring: Tracking the progress of print jobs and providing feedback to users.
• Error handling: Managing print job failures and providing error messages.
• Print options: Allowing users to configure print settings such as paper size, orientation, and number of copies.

By centralizing print management, the Print Manager enhances efficiency, reliability, and control over the printing process within the IFS Cloud environment.

Prerequisites

• The selected report for print should be an operational report.
• The user should be granted with required Permission sets.
