Forward Report

Explanation

This activity enables you to share archived reports with other users or specific distribution groups. Users can only access reports they have personally requested. To share reports, create Distribution Groups, allowing selective control over group membership and access permissions. Reports can be shared with individual users or Distribution Groups to enable broader access to the same report data.

Prerequisites

• The selected report should be an operational report.
• The user should be granted with required Permission sets.
• Required report projections must be included in the granted permission sets.
• Result key of an executed operational report
