- The selected report should be an operational report.
- The user should be granted with required Permission sets.
- Required report projections must be included in the granted permission sets.

System Effects
Supported Operators:
- Equal to (=): Checks if two values are equal.
- Greater than or equal to (>=): Checks if the left operand is greater than or equal to the right operand.
- Less than or equal to (<=): Checks if the left operand is less than or equal to the right operand.
