This activity is used to create or change a Workload Job Definition's Refresh schedule. It can be set based on the requirement to refresh a Workload Job Definition. The Schedule option is available on the Workload Job Definitions page and Workload Job Definition page. This allows the addition of a time plan in UTC, which will be set as the Refresh schedule of the Workload Job Definition. While defining the Refresh schedule, Refresh Frequency can be selected. Also, one or more time plans can be added in Hours and Minutes.
Once a Refresh
schedule is added, it can be edited or deleted as well. By default, the
Schedule will be Active, but the Active status of each time plan can be
switched accordingly via the toggle if required.
To perform this activity:
As a result of this activity, the Workload Job Definition's Refresh schedule is set. Once the Run is triggered based on the schedule and the execution is completed, Workload Run details will be updated and the Workload Job Definition's Last Run Status value and Last Run Time value will be updated accordingly.
