On this page you will find the specifications regarding the Model: Maintenance and Dimension Table: SLA ORDER LINE.
This model dimension represents the Service Level Agreements (SLA) Order Line Data data in form SLA Order Line and is based on the IFS Cloud dimension DIM_SLA_ORDER_LINE. All models that refers to this dimension will have the attributes and hierarchies as described below.

SLA Order No | SLA Order Number |
Cut Off Time | The time at the end of a shift after which a resolution time will not be calculated |
Response Time | The time from entering a new work task or finishing the previous work task to when the work task should be started. |
Resolution Time | The time from entering a new work task or finishing the previous work task to when the work task should be finished. |
SLA Order Line | Built up as SLA ORDER NO + ' - ' + SLA_ORDER_LINE_NO |
