Employee Status	Indicates whether the employee is in active service
Information Base	Due to what reason information was picked. Eg- Period Headcount, Start Employment, End Employment
Company-Employee-Calendar-Period	Built as COMPANY_ID + ''^'' + EMP_NO + ''^'' + CALENDAR_ID_KEY + ''^'' + SNAPSHOT_CATEGORY_KEY + ''^'' + YEAR_KEY_STRING + ''^'' + PERIOD_KEY
