On this page you will find the specifications regarding the Model: CRM and Dimension Table: BUSINESS ACTIVITY DIM.
This model dimension represents business activities and is based on the IFS Cloud fact FACT_BUSINESS_ACTIVITY. All models that refers to this dimension will have the attributes and hierarchies as described below.

| Business Activity Subject | The description of the business activity. |
| Business Activity Connection ID | The connection (customer, supplier, lead etc.) which is the business activity is created for. |

| Business Activity Connection Type Description | The connection type (customer, supplier, lead etc.) related to the business activity. |
| Activity Type | The Activity Type shows whether the activity is a Meeting, Task, Call, Chat or E-Mail. |
| Activity Type Description | The Activity Type shows whether the activity is a Meeting, Task, Call, Chat or E-Mail. |
| Business Activity | The ID of the business activity. |
| Business Activity Connection ID Activity | The connection (customer, supplier, lead etc.) which is the business activity is created for. |

The data source for this object is defined using IFS Developer Tool. Further Transformations are done using Power BI.
