This activity is used to start the Publish Model assistant and initiate the process of Publishing the Analysis Model into the desired target Power BI workspace from the Golden Workspace. Publish Model button is available in the Analysis Models page. During the Publishing process, Model Name, Area will remain as default values, but these values can be changed before selecting the Publish button (Area can be changed based on the available provisioned target workspaces). If the model is RLS enabled, the setting can be changed accordingly via the RLS Embedded Toggle.
To perform this activity, the IFS Delivered model list should be available in the Golden Workspace.
Use the relevant location of the IFS Technical Documentation to download IFS Delivered models and upload into the Golden Workspace in own Power BI tenant.
Also, it is important to know the model's RLS status and set the toggle accordingly during the Publishing process.
As a result of this activity, Analysis Model Deployment interim page will be displayed, including the model details. When Publishing initiates successfully, a toast message and status banner will be displayed. After the defined count down duration, it will be re-directed to the Analysis Models home page. And the selected Analysis Model will be Published in the target Power BI workspace (based on the selected Area value) with the defined name (Report and the Semantic Model with the default display name if it’s not modified).
Also, the Analysis Model entry Status value will be updated to from Not Published, to Published. Once the process is successfully completed, Publish Model option will not be available for the respective entry.

Refresh Intervals need to be set after the Publishing process, to Refresh the data set and report.
