Use this activity to add a new contact to a Service Contractor. Generally, when the supplier is connected, the contacts included under the connected supplier are inherited by the Service Contractor. However, if the user requires a new contact to be added, navigate to the relevant Service Contractor and click the Add Contact button. This will open the Add Supplier Contact assistant, and the user can add the relevant details.
A new contact will be added to the Service Contractor record in the system.
