During the salary review planning process when Proposing Increments to employees, The HCM Professional can set a Fixed Increment to one or more employees.
When a Fixed Increment is set, the proposed increment value and % are not editable during the salary review process. The reviewing manager will not be able to make changes to a fixed increment.
This activity can happen at the employee list or at the Organization Unit list in the salary plan.
If an employee’s proposed increment is marked as fixed, the column “Fixed Increment” will be marked as “Yes”
